A.M.S. Product Conveyors are built in a simple fashion with high end components. Our Conveyors feature AC Motors and Controls, not DC setups. Frames are constructed of heavy wall steel and have stability in mind. Our conveyor assembly comes in two different widths and features several different belts to accommodate all applications. A.M.S. Product Conveyors have an optional pneumatic system which blows the product off of the belt and into a stainless steel tray with a burst of air. These systems also incorporate batch counting and adjustable setpoints for the air burst. Digital displays for speed are standard on all conveyors and speed adjustment is regulated with a 10 turn potentiometer. These conveyors are also available in 110 V.
